At OKOZ, everything is about feeling: what you taste, what you see, and how you feel when you walk in, and when you leave. Here, every moment is meant to remain.

In our kitchen, we work every day with respect for the ingredients: pure sushi, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu, okonomiyaki at its finest. Each plate tells a story, serving the tangible love we put into our craft.

For us, the love doesn’t stop at the dish on your plate. When you step into OKOZ, we want the whole experience to feel just right. The table. The service. The atmosphere. Stylish, yet authentic! But for us, quality isn’t just in what you eat, it’s in what you touch. Even our menu had to reflect the way our kitchen works: strong. Thoughtful. Sustainable. But above all, uniquely OKOZ 😊.

Together with Horeca by Peleman, we set out to find the ideal solution. We ended up with materials that can take a beating, are fully washable, and still fit our distinctive style. Fully customized in color, material, and finish.
